A company is looking for a Supervisor, HR Service Center.Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day operations of the HR Shared Service Center and serve as an escalation point for complex employee inquiriesProvide coaching and consultation to Specialists and Consultants to enhance service delivery and compliance with HR policiesMonitor team performance metrics and conduct performance evaluations, ensuring quality and adherence to service standardsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience2-5 years of relevant work experienceExperience in HR policies and employee benefit programsAbility to analyze data and make data-driven recommendationsExperience in performance management and team leadership
