A company is looking for a Remote Credentialed Veterinary Technician.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to incoming cases regarding potential toxic exposures, poisonings, and general care inquiries from pet ownersDocument each case in an electronic record and follow up as necessary to ensure animal well-beingManage cases under pressure and provide accurate medical, health, and safety information to callersRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationAt least 3 years of experience working in a veterinary clinic/hospital performing duties similar to those of a veterinary technician/assistantAbility to work varying shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidaysMaintain active licensure, if applicableProficiency with keyboarding, PCs, Microsoft Office, and common computer software and hardwareAbility to accurately perform basic mathematical operations in various units of measure
