A company is looking for a Bylaws & Peer Review Consultant.Key Responsibilities:Advise healthcare organizations on the development, revision, and implementation of medical staff bylaws, rules, regulations, and policiesAssess and optimize peer review processes, including case review workflows and committee structuresEnsure alignment with regulatory and accreditation requirements and support the design of physician performance evaluation systemsQualifications:Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred5+ years of experience in medical staff services, peer review, healthcare consulting, or hospital administrationStrong knowledge of medical staff bylaws, credentialing, and peer review frameworksFamiliarity with accreditation and regulatory standardsExperience working with physician leadership and hospital executives
