We are looking for a highly skilled full-stack engineer to join the Talent Solutions team located in Austin, Texas. The Talent Solutions team is working to build our vision for the future of recruiting. We build using modern AI-assisted development tools as a standard part of how we design, implement, and iterate quickly. This is an opportunity to build a zero-to-one business inside of a highly scaled public company, collaborating with a close-knit cross-functional startup team and making a direct impact on the business.What you will do:Build and ship new features for the next-gen ZoomInfo Talent app while improving existing functionality, performance, and reliability.Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while keeping a high bar for quality and maintainability.Lead delivery of customer-facing features end-to-end: problem framing, technical design, implementation, testing, rollout, and iteration.Drive technical design decisions and make pragmatic tradeoffs between speed, quality, and maintainability.Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering partners to understand business goals and deliver impact.Raise the bar for engineering excellence through strong code reviews, better testing practices, and improved developer workflows.What you will bring:5+ years of hands-on software development experience building production web applications.Strong backend development experience (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar).Strong experience with a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or similar).Experience with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, etc.).Proven ability to take ambiguous problems and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal guidance.Strong communication skills: you collaborate well, explain your reasoning clearly, and give and receive feedback effectively.Product mindset: you care about user outcomes and iterate based on real-world feedback.#LI-JH1 #LI-Hybrid
