Sales Engineer

Step into a critical customer-facing role where you'll lead the salesprocess for complex industrial systems, from initial outreach through post-sale support. This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with clients and represent advanced, high-impact manufacturing equipment across the U.S.

Here's how you'll make an impact on the team:

• Own and manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, demos, proposals, and deal closure
• Travel to customer sites nationwide for on-site meetings, solution presentations, and product demonstrations
• Deliver detailed, customized proposals and respond to technical sales inquiries and RFPs
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
• Present technical solutions at industry events, tradeshows, and customer sessions
• Work closely with internal engineering and operations teams to align product offerings with customer needs
• Identify new sales opportunities and help expand the company's footprint into additional market verticals

Here's what you'll need to be successful in this role:

• 5+ years of experience in capital equipment or technical solution sales
• B.S. in Engineering or related field
• Track record of success selling to industrial or manufacturing clients
• Solid understanding of materials processing and industrial machinery
• Strong customer engagement and presentation abilities
• Technical proficiency for product demos, installations, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with CRM systems; Salesforce preferred
• U.S. Citizenship and valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically

Pay Range:

$90,000 annually
