Description:

At Hard Rock Hotel Malta, the kitchen is where creativity, consistency, and performance come together. Our culinary team supports multiple outlets and service styles, delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

We are currently recruiting kitchen team members to support daily culinary operations across the hotel.

This vacancy includes opportunities for the following kitchen roles:

  • Junior Sous Chef
  • Kitchen Larder
  • Pizzaiolo
  • Sous Chef
  • Steward Supervisor

Role allocation will be based on experience, skills, and operational requirements.

What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen or hotel environment (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and safety standards
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • A team-oriented and reliable approach
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
