The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the organization and supervision of all maintenance activities and personnel at PHAB communities. He/she is responsible for the quality and delivery of maintenance services at all PHAB communities and assures that services are performed in a timely and effective manner by qualified maintenance staff. He/she ensures the availability of equipment. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the development and implementation of an overall maintenance plan. He/she answers directly to the Executive Director.
The Maintenance Supervisor has authority to schedule, dispatch, and assign maintenance staff and equipment to various facilities and work sites to complete maintenance, repair, and construction tasks and projects. He/she has the authority to evaluate the performance of maintenance staff and recommend personnel actions to the Executive Director. He/she has the authority to purchase maintenance equipment and materials in accordance with the procurement policy.
