Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves leading the lifecycle of projects from conceptualization through to implementation, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products tailored to demanding industrial standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee assigned projects, ensuring successful execution from start to finish.
• Identify and address product and process issues, supporting the development of new solutions.
• Conduct technical investigations and develop design specifications and analyses.
• Present recommendations and findings to management for approval and implementation.
• Engage in mechanical design activities for a variety of products, focusing on prototype and commercial items in an advanced product development setting.
• Exhibit strong technical leadership, particularly in designing products intended for manufacturing.

Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Mechanical Design.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks.
• Expertise in Finite Element Analysis, with ANSYS experience preferred.
