Senior Mechanical Engineer

• Take end-to-end responsibility for mechanical systems, ensuring each design meets performance, durability, and manufacturability goals
• Translate complex product needs into mechanical designs that work in the real world
• Partner closely with R&D, software, electrical, and operations teams to deliver production-ready solutions
• Conduct technical reviews and present your findings to leadership for critical design decisions
• Utilize tools like SolidWorks and FEA to verify design integrity and performance
• Contribute to intellectual property development through innovative engineering

Here's what you'll need to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited program preferred)
• 10+ years in hands-on product development and mechanical design
• Advanced experience with SolidWorks and FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS)
• Demonstrated ability to design for manufacturing across prototyping and production stages
• Strong ownership mindset and collaborative work style
• U.S. citizenship (required for access to project work)

Pay Range:

$90,000 - $125,000 per hour
