THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

This role with our properties begins part-time, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time employment after six months. Evening availability is required, Monday through Friday, with on-call shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed.

As a Maintenance Technician at Centana Property Management, your day is always active and hands-on. You start by reviewing your schedule and prioritizing tasks-perhaps it's a quick appliance repair in a single-family home, a touch-up paint job at a multi-unit property, or addressing a few plumbing issues. You head out to mow lawns or clear snow, keeping properties safe and looking sharp. You handle everything from minor electrical issues to basic janitorial work, always with an eye for detail. In between, you coordinate with tenants to schedule repairs and complete make-ready tasks so properties are fresh and move-in ready. Every day brings something new, and you're the go-to expert who keeps everything running smoothly.

OUR IDEAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant maintenance position
• High school diploma or GED
• Higher education ()
