Responsibilities

1. Active interaction with clients in a variety of critical customer support tasks
2. Management of subscription processing & maintaining accurate records
3. Collaboration with in-house design team to create graphics, special reports, and publications
4. Assist with website content updates including posting and promotions
5. Individual and team participation in marketing projects

Qualifications

1. College degree and related relevant work experience required
2. Excellent phone and written communication
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office
4. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
5. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
