Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Inbound Enrollment Specialist for a thriving company in the customer service industry. In this role, you will engage with potential residential customers, answer their inquiries, and assist them in selecting the best services to meet their needs. Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of incoming calls and collect contact information from potential customers.
• Establish a rapport with customers to identify and anticipate their service needs.
• Promote additional services and special deals offered by the company.
• Maintain and update a database of potential and existing customers.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to meet shared goals and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales, preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette and a friendly, approachable attitude.
• 1+ year of experience in sales.
• Ability to quickly learn new products and match solutions to customer needs.
• Availability to work shifts between 7 AM and 8 PM, Monday to Friday, at the downtown location.
