Job Overview: As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of our clients. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to ensure that the company acquires the best candidates to fill professional positions. This role demands excellent interpersonal skills and a results-driven approach to talent acquisition.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications and fit for professional roles.


Interviewing and Assessment:

  • Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit with the organization.
  • Administer skills assessments, aptitude tests, and other evaluation methods as required.
  • Provide constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers.


Candidate Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for current and future job opportunities.
  • Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and respectful interaction at all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications and provide feedback as necessary.


Recruitment Process Management:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • High-energy and passion
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
