Position: Contract Recruiter
Location: Fully Remote - ANY STATE BUT CALIFORNIA
Duration: 5-Month Seasonal Contract, starting January 2025
Overview:
A high-impact opportunity for an experienced Recruiter with 3+ years of recruiting experience, specializing in high-volume hiring for customer service, inside and outside sales, manufacturing, industrial, and technician roles. This role requires a proactive recruiter skilled at building relationships with hiring managers to identify specific department needs and job requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers to gain insight into hiring needs and job specifications.
• Write and post engaging job descriptions on relevant platforms, including social media.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels and employ innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen resumes, conduct candidate interviews, and manage candidates through the hiring process from interview preparation to final offer.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects and key hiring data.
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Proven success in recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, or technician roles (non-technical recruiting focus).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a data-driven approach to candidate tracking and management.
